hotel feels a bit dated and can do with modernisation. Food is good, beds are good but it generally feels a bit old and in need of maintenance

We appreciate your feedback regarding the building which needs to be made more modern. Kindly to inform you that basically we have started the renovation phase starting from the 3rd floor by changing rooms into meeting rooms and will continue in other parts such as the restaurant and swimming pool to upgrade facilities for hotel guests. We have also replaced the room TVs with new smart TVs which are already running in 75% of the total rooms in this hotel. We are happy to read that the food we served met your expectations during your stay. We will try to provide the best service for all guests to meet their expectations during their visit to our hotel. Aldi's Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

I got good room, very clean room on high floor. Very clean and great big size Smart TV inside and can be operate for YouTube . Overall service were good enough. Buffet breakfast and dinner so delicious. Recommended for business traveller with Accor membership. Very easy to get outside food at Poin Square mall.

Lacking in many aspects and not planning to return for future stay

1. Hygiene is lacking A. I found blood-stained pillow on my bed (pillow case is clean but inside pillow is not) B. Dirty utensils not cleared since day 2 till i checked out C. Laundry is returned still dirty (not sure if really washed or not as 2nd time returned is clean) 2. Wifi not working even after escalation many times I am unable to work inside hotel room or even surf the internet leisurely 3. Staff communication is lacking During my breakfast, i had provided my room number when i walked in but still was asked if i wanted to pay (when i am trying to get my first bite on the table) although i had confirmed with receptionist during my check in that my card is OPEN meaning it can just be charged to the room. 4. Grabfood not delivered to lobby and need to collected from security post
