The hotel is well located,in the central of jakarta, 5 minute walking to the nearest mall, if you want to go to morw fany mall you can reach ot within 10 or 15 minute by gocar,near hospital, MRT station as well, All the staff are nice,specially the restaurant supervisor,he make sure that we enjoy the breakfast,when earthquake hit,the hotel manage it well,make sure all guests safe and not panic. Very recommended hotel,its family friendly eventhough more corporate guest are staying there.

The location is easy to find. Although it took a long time to wait at check in, but the receptionist was very friendly and could explain very well and tried to prioritize customer satisfaction. Rooms are bright, clean and tidy. All officers who passed by, greeted very friendly. Only when I ordered food, the fried rice was a bit hard and crusty. Apart from that, Mercure Hotel is very comfortable to stay

Good hotel location, which nearby with my office at South Quarter Tower. Good hotel room and facility. Great service for meals, breakfast buffet, dinner restaurant, and laundry. If the management require feedback, then I give these 3 feedback. 1). Please add small pedestrian walkway with floor demarcation line from front trotoar to lobby and vehicle park area. This facility will ensure the walkway available for any visitor to / from front sidewalk. 2). Please fix the TV channel on hotel room. There would be a nice if we could have clean, HD quality and good TV Channel. 3). Please clean up the windows glass at hotel room. It would be a nice if the window glass is clean and no glass stain from outside. Other item or facility, please maintain this great service. Best regards, Puraditya B.
