Everything good and nice as usually. Always have best view the city. High floor best for me. The room clean and tidy. And all staff bery helpful and friendly when you coming the security always give warm greeting. The food Nasi goreng iga and pizza delicious and have a good taste for me. But before I want to order room service in room didn’t have barcode menu or book menu, so I should call the restaurant or operator first. And in bathroom also don’t have soap dish for take a body wash and shampoo my self bringing. So far very nice and one of recommended hotel in Jakarta.

Easy and efficient check in and check out process. Most staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but the furniture looks old and used. Overall the hotel has seen better days and it appears to be a bit run down. Apparently the owners do not care about reinvestment and keeping the hotel in shape.

We are indeed carrying out gradual renovations to improve facilities for all hotel guests, where we have already replaced smart TVs in 80% of the total available rooms and also replaced all the pillows in the rooms with new ones. We are also currently carrying out renovations on the 3rd floor to create a new meeting room to meet the needs of MICE demand guests. It is good, but not as good as another Mercure that I had stayed in. The bathroom screen is stained and the laundry service is not 24 hours. It had minimal facility. Staff are always great in Indonesia.

The hotel requires significant cleaning, particularly the air conditioning filter in the room. Additionally, the air conditioning could be cooler. While I am satisfied with the staff’s service during my stay, these enhancements should be implemented by the hotel management.
